Description: Our client is a fast-growing D2C e-commerce kitchenware company. They are seeking a scrappy and creative VP of Brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for great brands with experience building out game-changing brand innovations and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the creative team to create voice, and messaging across all aspects of the brand experience (social media, large-scale brand campaigns, e-comm, traditional marketing mediums, etc.)

- Help shape and communicate the company’s brand vision and mission

- Inspire a team of energized, creative, and envelope-pushing marketers

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies; lead execution of big ideas

Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Graphic Design, Marketing, or another related field preferred

- 8-10+ years of brand creative experience developing brand identities, brand strategies, marketing & PR campaigns, etc. for brands that have excited the world

– ideally with a mix of agency and in-house work

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a lot of irons in the fire, and lead teams

- Ability to see the big picture, yet execute the details
