Trevor Ramos is a College Funding Consultant and the author of How to Get Free Money for College. In the past 12 years, he has helped families with 9th, 10th, and 11th graders to get scholarships and grants to attend expensive universities. His specialty is helping parents who make too much money to qualify for federal and state grants, but not enough to pay $27,000-$85,000 per year to send all their kids to college.

With a 2.8 GPA going into his senior year, Trevor received a $165,000 financial aid award to attend Boston University despite thinking community college was his only option. He holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He is a Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) through the National Institute of Certified College Planners (NICCP), and member and panelist for the Western Association for College Admissions Counseling (WACAC) where he trains high school counselors and private consultants on scholarships and financial aid.
