Tiffany moved to Los Angeles from Fremont, CA to pursue her degree in psychology at UCLA and quickly fell in love with LA’s fast pace, diverse character, and of course, the vibrant food scene. After her sisters joined her here a few years later, she knew LA would be her forever home.

 

Inspired by her childhood exposure to real estate, Tiffany pursued her Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 2007 and four years later, earned her Real Estate Broker’s license. She hasn’t stopped her momentum since, but always remembers to stop and appreciate the incredible honor of being part of her clients’ milestones; their stories. Her business has flourished in more ways than she could have imagined, and Tiffany constantly strives to deliver real estate experiences that energize and empower her woman-owned and operated team and diverse network of clients.

An investor herself, she understands that key ingredients for successful investing include keeping abreast of market values and trends, recognizing opportunities and taking action when the time is right. After graduating from UCLA with a BA in European History, Andrea taught Kindergarten/First Grade at an inner city school. She enjoyed teaching her students to read and instilling in them a love of books.

Her career took another turn when she became aware of the changing real estate landscape. Able to capitalize on the emerging new markets, Andrea then bought, renovated and sold both residential and commercial properties. These acquisitions afforded her the means and opportunity to travel extensively and realize her dream of living in the South of France. When Andrea returned to Los Angeles, she decided to utilize her business acumen, passion for real estate and natural abilities as a facilitator to help others fulfill their dreams.

Bruce Bartlett

Los Angeles based luxury flipper and founder of industry disrupter FlipGreat, Mr. Bartlett has been invested in local residential real estate since 1997. In 2018 he founded FlipGreat, a company disrupting the home flipping industry by allowing Home Owners to share in home flipping profits with virtually no risk. Previously he managed the profitable Sequoia Real Estate Partners' Pacific Value Opportunities Funds I and II, where he was a Managing Director with UCLA Anderson’s Professor Eric Sussman.

His work has been profiled by the Wall Street Journal, Fox Business, the Los Angeles Business Journal.  In early 2005 he accurately predicted the 2008 real estate crash. Mr. Bartlett holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Business-Economics, and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.

Eddie Neiman

Eddie is a mortgage broker. Eddie has 40 years experience in the mortgage banking industry. Eddie arranges mortgages for people buying or refinancing their primary residence, second home or small apartment building. Eddie also arranges reverse mortgages. What makes Eddie different is he takes a financial planning approach to mortgage debt management. Eddie's mission is to minimize his clients monthly cash outlay and grow his clients net worth through proper management of their mortgage. 

Additionally Eddie is the managing partner of two closely held real estate companies. Those companies invest in rental real estate. The companies currently own and operate rental real estate properties in four states. That real estate portfolio includes residential and commercial rental properties. 

Eddie graduated UCLA in '80 and is originally from Warren, Ohio. He and his wife of 40 years Margaret reside in the West Los Angeles neighborhood of Rancho Park. Their son Taylor, 34 works for JJL as a senior analyst for an industrial real estate team of 13. He resides in the West Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood. Their daughter Amanda, 36 works for Intrepid Travel as Operations Manager, North America. Amanda resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
