About the Speaker

Peter Getoff has an MA in Social Work Administration from UCLA and an MA in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of Buffalo. His business is called the Human Equation. He has over forty years experience in guiding, motivating, and leading people to find the answers when they are "stuck." He locates the "heart" of the problem and assists people to find the courage and trust to find the answers.  He has worked in middle and upper management in a variety of non-profit organizations that have served children and families, the homeless, and people with severe mental illness and substance abuse disorders. 

He does management consulting, supervision and training, and still maintains a limited child and family psychotherapy practice.
